C.) Industry Experience from the Borrower
TO START OUR INITIAL EVALUATION OF THE PROJECT:
1.) EXECUTIVE SUMMARY(including the Names/Resumes of the Principals)
2.) Detailed Summary of the Use of the Loan Proceeds
3.) Current Profit & Loss Statement
4.) Market Summary
5.) Construction Plan & Construction Costs(Hard & Soft), Site Plans, Drawings & Pics
6.) Copies of the Permits, Approval Entitlements & Environmental Reports
7.) Original Cost of Property & Details of the current Investment(Land Cost)
8.) Appraisal "As is" & after Project is completed
9.) Details of existing Debt & Equity on Property/Project
10.) Personal Financial Statement of all Principals(Liabilities, Assets, Net Worth, Cash & Credit Score.
11.) Copy of the Purchase Sale Agreement if applicable
12.) Exit Strategy
